Returns

Our returns policy allows an item to be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. An exchange or refund unfortunately cannot be offered after 14 days. 

For a full refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused or tampered with in any way. The product should be in its original packaging.

In the rare case that you would want to return a product, please email us at rkdecks@Gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address, please make sure that you do not send it back to the original manufacturer. 

Refunds

Once we receive your product, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. In most cases it will be approved, then a refund of payment will be processed. The refund will credited to the original payment method. 

In the unlikely event that your refund is rejected, we will notify you and send back the product in the exact same condition it was returned. 

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process so please leave enough time in-between checking. If the refund has still not come through, then please email us at rkdecks@gmail.com.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any international package that gets returned due to rejection, duties & taxes or incorrect address.

Lost Package?

RKdecks uses Royal mail postal service to ship products. It is highly unlikely that packages get stolen or lost but in either case RKdecks cannot be held accountable once the products have left our facility. If your parcel has not arrived in the specified time frame or if you are having trouble locating the parcel please contact your local post office or courier office.
